Pinon Woods HOA has established rules that support our CCRs and Architectural Committee to help maintain neighborhood cohesion and consistency.

Vacation Rental Guidelines
As of January 25, 2022 and per section 3.25 of our CC&Rs – short term rentals (less than 30 days) are restricted for non-owner-occupied residences. There are no restrictions on owners who occupy their home and wish to rent a portion nor on owners who lease/rent on a long-term basis (greater than 30 days). All rentals require the completion of the Tenant Registration Form and processing fee of $25.00.
All rentals and property management company tenants must adhere to HOA CC&Rs, Rules and have a 24-hour contact number available to the HOA should a complaint or issue arise with the property.
Dues
HOA dues are $57.75 per year and are payable via invoice in January of each new year. Payment may be processed via check or electronically via Zelle.

All home, lot, or sale inquiries can be made via email to pinonwoodshoa@gmail.com and the HOA Buyer Form must be returned to the HOA within 24 hours of all title changes.
